Dumfries Maples April 2026 Season Hours April 18th & 19th - 9am-1pm After April 19th, the 2026 season will be over and therefore the pancake house and maple taffy will be closed for the season. Every spring, maple lovers from New Brunswick and all around the world, embark on a sweet adventure to the Dumfries Maples sugarbush. Located along the picturesque Saint John River Valley, only 35 minutes outside Fredericton and less than 45 minutes from Woodstock.

With a picture perfect view of the Saint John River Valley embark on a sweet adventure and taste the Sugarbush Experience! We offer a wide array of activities during our season, which typically runs from Mid-March to Mid-April.

  • Enjoy taffy on the snow and other maple treats.
  • Homemade pancake breakfasts served in our Cedar Log Cookhouse.
  • See how pure maple syrup is made.
  • Walk or snowshoe through our beautiful sugarbush.
  • Watch birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
